About Us
Tiago Godinho brings over 26 years of specialized expertise in global shipping, logistics, and international commodity trading. Throughout a distinguished career, senior executive roles were held across South America, North America, Europe, and Asia, managing complex trade lanes and multi-billion dollar portfolios for some of the world’s largest maritime carriers and commodity trading companies.
Prior to founding Global Traders, the user served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ZIM Integrated Shipping Services in Canada and held key leadership positions at NYSHEX, CMA CGM, and Sumitomo Corporation. This extensive background in the "carrier side" of international trade provides Global Traders with a unique competitive advantage: a deep, first-hand understanding of the logistical bottlenecks and financial structures that define the global supply chain.

With a mission to drive operational excellence and fiscal efficiency for clients, the user specializes in the strategic procurement and movement of agricultural and industrial commodities, including sugar, coffee, proteins, and biofuels.
